• When will I get my order?
  If the items on your order are on our shelves, we'll get them out to you immediately.
  Let us know when you order if you have a deadline - and we'll let you know if we have a problem getting it to you.
  
  
• What are your shipping charges?
  A shipping/handling/insurance charge of $4.95 will be added to orders totalling up to $15.50.
  A shipping/handling/insurance charge of $5.95 will be added to orders totalling $15.51 to $25.00.
• A shipping/handling/insurance charge of $6.95 will be added to orders totalling $25.01 to $69.50.
  
  
• Shipping is FREE for prepaid orders totaling over $125.
  
  Shipping charges of 10% will be added to purchase orders totalling 69.51 to $350.00.
• Shipping charges of 8% will be added to purchase orders totalling 350.01 to $750.00.

• How will you ship the art print I'm ordering?
  The best way to get your print to you, without creases, is to roll it in a shipping tube - so that's what we do. We never fold a print. We want you to be able to frame it and hang it with pride.
  
  
• Do you ship internationally?
  Sorry, we have discontinued international shipments.

• What credit cards to you accept?
  MasterCard, VISA, Discover
  You can use credit cards safely on our shopping cart or you can FAX your order with credit card number to 843-671-4665.
  And we now accept PayPal orders as well. Go to checkout and select Pay with PayPal, fill in your PayPal information, and we'll fill your order.
  
  
• Can you send out my order and bill me?
  We do accept purchase orders from and bill schools and libraries.
  However, we have to have payment before we send orders to individuals.
• Purchase orders can be mailed to PO Box 5612, Hilton Head Island SC 29938 or FAXed to 843-671-4665.
  
  
  FRAMING
• I like to "do it myself." Do you sell frames that I can use?
  Just check the word FRAMES and take a look at the frames we can send you so you can frame our art, your art, or even someone else's art. Instead of glass, frames include a sheet of styrene to protect your art; the smaller frames include mats.
  
  
• There's no frame shown with the print I want. Can you frame it?
  Let us know which print you're interested in - and we'll let you know whether we can put in a frame for you.
